Order and delivery

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email from our courier company with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse. If the tracking number does not work, please try again after a few hours, as it may take a while for the system to update the latest information.

SHIPPING TIME AND EXPENSES

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Order modification and cancellation

Order preparation is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get to you in time to make the change or cancel it. Once an order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be made, however, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

When making a purchase from abroad, customs duties and taxes may be incurred, which does not depend on Meller but on the policies of each country.

Before finalizing the purchase, at the moment of choosing the shipping method, a notice will appear in case of incurring any type of expense related to customs or customs taxes not included.
